So long for now my friends

                                             So long my friends

I am so blessed to have the Haverhill clubhouse in my life. I am in the process of moving with my family to North Carolina. I am struggling with the process but everyone from the staff and members at this wonderful clubhouse are rallying around me and supporting me. The first person I’d like to thank is Charlotte the Director here who has and continues to do so much for me. I can talk to her about anything. I know when I am struggling she will always leave her door open and offer me her wonderful support, and sage wisdom. I have known this wonderful person since 2009. She works hard for everyone in the mental health community. She is a blessing. I really admire her for what she does.

I have also had the pleasure of getting to know the wonderful Jo-Lee. I think she is amazing, she is always there and encouraging me to push through when I am struggling. She is another person that I look up to and care about. She always knows how to put a smile on my face. Whenever I need cheering up, she knows how to make me feel better. I am also incredibly blessed to have met Terri, she always talks with me and inspires me, even when I’m happy, I know she will always come up to me and ask how I am doing. It always makes my day when I come in and see her; she also pushes me to believe in myself, no matter what the circumstance.

I can’t forget my advocate Lisa, she is really supportive, I know she will always lend a listening ear and advice when I am struggling. I have been having a hard few days and she was there to talk with me and offer me her wisdom. Another person I can’t leave out is Basilio who is a great support in the clubhouse. I may not get the chance to talk with him much but he always says hello and greets me with a kind smile. He does so much for those who need work. I truly will miss him.

My good friend John is a person I will miss very much. He always makes me laugh with his Bill Clinton impressions. He talks to me when I am down, offers me his support and I truly respect him too for what he does. He is a good guy and works hard for those who are struggling. I also want to mention my friend Kate who is a great blessing to me and is always there for me and lends a shoulder to cry on and does a great job with the newsletter and always makes me laugh.
