A story about the person who inspires me

I know I have done this before, most recently as a top 10 list but I thought I would write a little synopsis this time about each person who has left a long lasting impact on me. The first person I will write about is Charlotte. I have known her for a few years, I remember meeting her when she was assistant director at the Point After Club. Little did I know how much of an impact she would have on me. I realize that I sound like a broken record but this woman has done so much for me and the members at the Haverhill Clubhouse and the Point After Club. I had a set-back in fall of 2013 when I was just starting out at the Clubhouse in Haverhill. I really believe that Charlotte saved my life.
She drove me to crisis and sat down with me so I wouldn't be afraid. She could have left my side but she didn't. She calmed me down because I was so worried that I would end up back in the hospital. I am lucky that I came in that day instead of staying home. I needed the support and Charlotte guided me through it. She guides me through a lot of things . I am moving at some point down the road to North Carolina with my parents. It will be hard to say farewell to everyone that I've worked with but especially to Charlotte. I guess it's hard to explain. She is someone that is compassionate, funny, gentle, trusting, and kind towards me. I know we have the beauty of social media but it just won't be the same not being able to talk to her face to face.
She always makes me feel better and offers me wisdom, whenever I need a listening ear she offers it to me. Her door is always open. Even if I can't make it to the club and I'm at cornerstone. I know I can email her and let her know what's going on in my life. We have a good relationship. I respect her for what she does. I would have to say she is a wonderful and kind friend. I don't think I will ever forget her. She is a special human being. You know how you know people were meant to be in your life? Well Charlotte was meant to be in mine. If that sounds dorky that doesn't bother me. She is a life changing person. She works to make sure everyone's needs are met and she is a wonderful advocate.
I am so blessed to know her and have this kind person in my life. I will always appreciate what she has done for me. Okay this is getting long. I will end it for now but if I think of more I will try my best to add it.
