First blog post for March

    Hi everyone here is my first blog entry for the month of March. I've been slacking in terms of writing on my blog. I keep promising I will write more often but I don't know what to write about. I have been dealing with a lot lately. I'm still feeling down but I'm working hard to change my attitude. Like I keep saying I have amazing people by my side helping me every step of the way. I talk to the staff at the club when I need to and I also talk to my mom too. It's good to have somebody by your side when you are feeling down. I am starting a writing group next month at the Point After Club. I will receive a 20 dollar stipend each time I hold a group. It doesn't sound like much but I won't be as dependent on my parents for money anymore. I want to be financially independent and also I want to do things on my own. I would like to learn how to drive one day. But my fears are getting in the way. I know I have to give it a shot though. I think the more I let my fears  get in the way the less likely I will even get behind the wheel and learn how to drive. I am lucky to have good friends and family behind me and the staff at the club always supports me when I need it. It's hard for me to get up everyday and go to the club but I know I have to be productive. Because who knows what would happen if I wasn't. I most likely would be at home in front of my computer and sleeping all the time.

      Yesterday I got the People magazine's tribute to General Hospital's 50th anniversary which will be on April 1st. I've been a fan of the soap for a couple of years now. I haven't watched it in a while because I go to the club everyday. But I like to keep up through the groups that I'm on through Facebook. My favorite couple is Sonny and Alexis. Yes I realize they are not together at the moment but I hope one day they get their love story. I am also a huge fan of Spinelli and Maxie otherwise known as Spixie. I think they are so cute together. I hope they too find their way back to each other because they are meant to be together. I think the best story on GH was the Metro Court crisis when Jerry Jax took everyone that was in the hotel hostage. When he shot Robin that was scary. I am hoping to go to a fan event in Boston sometime. I haven't been to one in a long time. My dream is to meet Maurice Benard who plays Sonny Corinthos. Maurice also has a mental illness. He is my favorite male actor on the show. Nancy Lee Grahn who plays Alexis is my favorite female character. They both shine when they are in scenes together. I am hoping and praying that one day Sonny and Alexis will get their time to shine.

       I hope that Maxie and Spinelli get back together too. I like Ellie just not with Spinelli. I know Spinelli still loves Maxie. I remember when he Spinelli first aired on GH I think he is my second favorite character. I would love to know who his parents are. His airtime has been slacking as of late. I think we should really push for a story for him. Maybe bring back his grandmother too. I would love for Spinelli to be a Quartermaine. That would be pretty awesome. I also loved the nekkid scene Bradford Anderson did a few years back. That was hysterical!! That was the moment I really liked Spixie. I think everyone should pick up the people magazine issue because it's gorgeous!! Great facts about the show and the actors and actresses. I know a lot of people are bummed out that Julie Berman is leaving GH but I think that we should give the new actress a chance. I love Julie too and think she made an awesome Lulu but I am willing to give the new actress a chance. I haven't written about GH in a long time. But because the 50th is coming up I figured now would be a perfect opportunity. I hope to keep up with GH through youtube and abc.com and other sites.

            I will also remind my readers that OLTL and AMC are coming back online on April 29th. I am really excited about this. It has been way too long. GH will always be my favorite soap but I also liked AMC and OLTL. Looking forward to seeing Dorian Lord again. Robin Strasser who portrays Dorian is amazing. I hope that both shows take off when they return which I think they will. I hope Ilene Kristen comes back as Roxy. I love her! Roxy always made me laugh. I am looking forward to tuning in. I will end this entry for now. I will try and post more often. It always makes me happy to write on my blog. I think it gives me an escape from the sad times. Even when I'm happy I write on my blog.
